II started running at the age of 15.  I ran track and cross country at
Southridge High school then cross country at Oakland City University.  I

1995 Track meet vs Tecumseh came back from 120 meters during final lap
of 3200 m event to win.  I was not scheduled to run this event because I

minutes before start to pace slower teammates and decided to try to win it
on last lap and succeeded!

What is your favorite method of training?
Medium distance runs of about 6-12 miles @ 6:30-7 min pace
Also 5k races you learn your weakness best in those races

Too many to name...top 2 would be Ultra-Marathon Man by Dean Karnzes
and Chi-Running by Danny Dreyer

I admire anyone who gets off there butt and runs.
